Abstract

У підручнику розглянуто сутність та загальний зміст адміністративного менеджменту, як практичну діяльність у адміністративній сфері органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування. Досліджено специфіку діяльності суб’єктів управління в системі державної служби. Охарактеризовано діяльності суб’єктів управління в системі місцевого самоврядування. Досліджено процес реалізації функцій суб’єктів управління в системі менеджменту органів влади. Розглянуто концептуальні засади стратегічного управління, основні положення та технології управління персоналом у системі менеджменту органів влади. Наведено методику антикризового управління та управління змінами в системі менеджменту органів влади. The textbook examines the essence and general meaning of administrative management, as a practical activity in the administrative sphere of public authorities and local self-government. The specifi city of the activity of the subjects of management in the system of public service has been investigated. The activities of the subjects of management in the system of local self-government are characterized. The process of realization of the functions of the subjects of management in the management system of the authorities is investigated. The conceptual foundations of strategic management, the main provisions and technologies of personnel management in the management system of authorities are considered. The methodology of anti-crisis management and management of changes in the management system of authorities is presented.
