Abstract

Висвітлено право як особливий соціальний феномен у взаємодії зі суспільством. Розкрито предмет, методи та функції соціології права, простежено історичні етапи її становлення, подано основні теоретичні концепції та сучасні підходи до вивчення правових явищ. Значну увагу приділено питанням соціальної ефективності права, а також емпіричним методам дослідження юридичної практики. Для студентів юридичних і соціологічних спеціальностей закладів вищої освіти, аспірантів і викладачів, а також практикуючих юристів, правознавців, соціологів і всіх, хто цікавиться проблемами взаємодії права та суспільства. Law is highlighted as a special social phenomenon in interaction with society. The subject, methods and functions of the sociology of law are revealed, the historical stages of its formation are traced, the main theoretical concepts and modern approaches to the study of legal phenomena are presented. Considerable attention is paid to the issues of social effectiveness of law, as well as empirical methods of researching legal practice. This is for students of legal and sociological specialties of higher education institutions, postgraduate students and teachers, as well as practicing lawyers, legal scholars, sociologists and everyone who is interested in the problems of interaction between law and society.
