| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем розмежування адміністративної юрисдикції з іншими видами юрисдикції у сфері судової компетенції. Розкриваються підходи до визначення поняття «адміністративна юрисдикція». Аналізуються проблеми розмежування юрисдикції адміністративних та господарських судів. The article is devoted to the study of the problems of delimitation of administrative jurisdiction with other types of jurisdiction in the field of judicial competence. Approaches to the definition of “administrative jurisdiction” are revealed. The problems of delimitation of the jurisdiction of administrative and economic courts are analyzed. |
