Запобігання проникненню заборонених предметів до установ виконання покарань = Prevention of the Prohibited Items Entry to Penitentiary Facilities

Abstract

Проаналізовано стан наукового розроблення проблеми проникнення заборонених предметів до установ виконання покарань та сформульовано методологію її дослідження. З’ясовано сутність та обґрунтовано небезпечність роникнення заборонених предметів до установ виконання покарань. Визначено поняття та досліджено правову основу діяльності щодо запобігання проникненню заборонених предметів до установ виконання покарань. Розроблено кримінологічну характеристику і запропоновано систему (загальносоціальні, спеціально-кримінологічні та індивідуально-профілактичні заходи) запобігання проникненню заборонених предметів до установ виконання покарань. Видання розраховано на науковців, викладачів, аспірантів (ад’юнктів), студентів (курсантів) ВНЗ, в яких готують правників, співробітників правоохоронних органів, прокуратури та суду, а також на усіх, хто цікавиться розвитком наук кримінально-правового циклу. The degree of scientific development of the problem of prohibited items entry to penitentiary facilities has been analyzed and the investigation methodology has been defined. The matter point of the problem has been determined and insecurity of the prohibited items entry to penitentiary facilities has been proved. The concept has been defined and the legal basis of the activity as to the prevention of the prohibited items entry to penitentiary facilities has been specified. The criminological characteristic has been developed and the system for prevention of the prohibited items entry to penitentiary facilities (social, special criminological and individual preventive measures) has been submitted. The book is intended for scientists, lecturers, post-graduates (adjuncts), students (cadets) of higher educational institutions, where law enforcement, prosecution and court officers are studied, as well as for those interested in criminal and legal cycle science development.
