АКСІОЛОГІЧНИЙ ПІДХІД У ВІТЧИЗНЯНІЙ ПЕДАГОГІЧНІЙ НАУЦІ ТА ПРАКТИЦІ: ІСТОРИКО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНА РЕТРОСПЕКТИВА

Abstract

У статті актуалізовано ціннісне бачення механізмів передачі соціального досвіду від покоління до покоління освітніми засобами; з’ясовано цивілізаційні реалії (порушення зв’язків між поколіннями, розбалансованість систем цінностей, невизначеність духовних орієнтирів молоді) як одну з проблем сучасної професійної підготовки; підкреслено важливість розв’язання цих проблем на засадах міждисциплінарного синтезу і методолого-теоретичного потенціалу аксіологічного наукового підходу. Проведено ретроспективний історико-педагогічний аналіз низки досліджень вітчизняних учених к. ХІХ – поч. ХХІ ст., які займалися питаннями аксіологічного характеру освіти та відповідної підготовки шкільної молоді і студентів (П. Каптєрєв, Г. Ващенко, О. Вишневський, С. Гессен, М. Богуславський, В. Гінецинський, Б. Бітінас, С. Гончаренко, М. Романенко, О. Сухомлинська та ін.), які зробили значний внесок у розвиток змісту освітніх цінностей, виявлення їх структури та запропонували свої оригінальні класифікації цих зразків людської культури. = In the article actualized the valuable vision of mechanisms of transfer of social experience from generation to generation by educational means; Civilizational realities (breakdown of connections between generations, imbalance of values systems, uncertainty of spiritual orientations of youth) are found out as one of the problems of modern professional training; emphasized the importance of solving these problems on the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis and methodological and theoretical potential axiological scientific approach. A retrospective historical and pedagogical analysis of a number of researches of domestic scientists of the XIX – early. XXI centuries, dealing with the issues of the axiological nature of education and the appropriate preparation of school youth and students (P. Kapterev, G. Vashchenko, O. Vishnevsky, S. Hessen, M. Boguslavsky, V. Ginetsky, B. Bitinas, S. Goncharenko, M. Romanenko, O. Sukhomlynskaya, etc.) who made a significant contribution to the development of the content of educational values, the identification of their structure and offered their original classifications of these samples of human culture. It is proved that the problems of high school modern scholars and teachers-practitioners on the basis of the historical retrospective of the axiological views and methodological achievements of domestic researchers of past years consider elimination of a number of contradictions in the value orientations of students, the formation of a stable interest in those values of their future activities that carry humanistic content , provide as a basis for vocational training the unity of personal and professional development, the ability to create and broadcast systems of relevant values with All my students and colleagues. It is the axiological approach that enables, based on historical retrospective, to make an objective analysis of the leading trends in the development of modern society, and in light of this rethink the priority for today's education task, to determine the value priorities, which, on the one hand, must be consistent with the dominant at the present stage of development society values humanistic orientation, and on the other – to meet the specifics of vocational training, to ensure its orientation to the search and implementation in practice of the optimal ways of transmitting to each individual the actual social and individual values.
